Add your staff
Add each person by phone number. They sign in with a code we text them. No passwords to forget.

They scan the receipt
Scan the eTIMS QR code or take a photo. The app reads the supplier, total and date and files it under Food, Fuel or Other.

Ask for a refund for a receipt, or a payment to a phone, Buy Goods till or paybill. Attach the invoice or quote.

You approve and pay
Approve it, or reject it with a note saying what to fix. Mark it paid once the M-Pesa goes out, and the phone updates.

Questions we hear first
Is this an official KRA app?
No. Risiti is a private tool for managing your team's expenses. It reads the eTIMS QR code on receipts you are given and checks them on KRA's public verification page.
Do my staff need smartphones?
Yes. They need an Android phone or iPhone with a camera for the eTIMS Receipts app. You can approve from the app or from any browser.
Does Risiti send the M-Pesa payment?
You pay the way you do today, from your own M-Pesa, till or bank. Risiti keeps the request, the approval and the "paid" mark together, so there is a record behind every payment.
What if a staff member has no signal?
Receipts are saved on the phone and sent when the phone is back online. Staff can even start without a team and connect later.
